摘要 为丰富经编间隔织物的品种,进一步增强其功能性,文中在介绍这种织物编织原理的基础上,详细阐述了单双面蜂巢效应、小提花和贾卡提花三种经编间隔织物的编织工艺和应用领域。针对我国目前以平纹型间隔织物为主的现状,提出了应对普通双针床经编机加以适当改造,如加装电子横移或贾卡装置,从而开发一些如上述三种表面具有结构效应的经编间隔织物的看法。 In order to widen the types of warp knitted space fabrics and strengthen their functions, and based on the introduction of the knitting principle, this paper introduces in detail the knitting technology and application fields of three kinds of warp knitted space fabrics including the single or double honeycomb effect fabric, mini-pattern and jacquard pattern. In view of the present situation of warp knitted space fabrics which are mainly concentrated on the plain type, this paper puts forward an idea of knitting special space fabrics with different surface effects through modification to the common double warp knitting machine such as installment of the electronic shogging mechanism or jacquard device.
