摘要
介绍了我国服装分销模式的特点、发展现状,同时提出国内服装行业在当前实行增值型服装分销模式的必要性和可能性,并对增值型服装分销渠道流程再造及其特点、增值型服装分销渠道下的供应链运营结构框架进行了尝试性探讨。
This paper introduces the characteristics and developing situation of our country's garment distribution modes, discusses the necessity and feasibility of applying the value-added distribution mode of garments in the domestic garment industry, and studies the reproduce and characteristics of the value-added distribution channel of garments and the operating structure framework of the supply chain under the value-added distribution mode.
