摆动活齿泵的研制

Research and development of swing movable tooth gear pump

介绍了活齿传动的结构类型以及摆动活齿泵的工作原理,分析了摆动活齿泵的结构特点,确定了摆动活齿泵的基本参数,设计并制作了摆动活齿泵样机,进行了初步的实验室试验。研究结果表明,活齿泵具有流量大、流量均匀性好、运行平稳、噪声低等特点。

This paper presents structure, operation principle and basic parameters of swing movable tooth gear pump, and designs and builds a prototype. Test results show that swing movable tooth gear pump has features of large flow, good flow uniformity, good operation and low noise.
