摘要
通过对整个系统的控制思路和电气元件的选取来着重介绍交流变频调速技术在门座起重机应用中的优点,并以安川G7系列变频器为例,对2电平控制和3电平控制的优缺点进行了比较,进一步说明新型3电平变频技术的应用对旧式门座起重机变频改造的重要性。
This paper presents application of AC frequency variable speed variable technology in portal crane, focusing on control principle and electric dement selection. Comparison of two - level and three - level control systems with Japanese G7series frequency converter is conducted and this shows that applying new three- level frequency variable technology in improvement to control system of used portal crane can provide better operation performance, compared to two- level one.
