565株铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性分析与研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的监测本单位的病原菌对抗菌药物的敏感性与耐药性,从而提高抗生素的治疗效果,针对性地选用抗菌药物,控制医院铜绿假单胞菌感染的发生率。方法采用Vitek32鉴定卡和药敏卡鉴定检测,药敏采用K-B纸片扩散法,用大肠埃希菌ATCC25922与铜绿假单胞菌ATCC27853进行质量控制。结果碳青霉烯药物亚胺培南,复合制剂头孢哌酮/舒巴坦,喹诺酮类药物左旋氧氟沙星、环丙沙星,氨基糖苷类丁胺卡那,第三代头孢菌素头孢他啶对铜绿假单胞菌的耐药率较小,抗菌活性较强;氨苄西林、头孢唑啉、复方新诺明等抗菌作用最弱。结论单一抗生素对大多数革兰阴性杆菌尤其是铜绿假单胞菌的治疗不理想,易出现耐药株,主张联合用药。 Objective To monitor the sensitivity and resistance of pathogenic bacteria on the antibiotic, and to raise the therapeutic effect of the antibiotic, make the antibiotic selection pertinently, control the occurrence of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. Methods Vitek32 identifying card and drug susceptibility card were used for identification. Drug susceptivity was made by K-B scrips. Escherichia Coli ATCC 25922 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853 were used for quality control. Results The rate of bacteria resistance of imipenem, cefoperazone/sulbactam, levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, Amikacin and ceftazidime was small, and the activity of antibacterial was strong; the antibacterial effect of ampicillin, cefazolin, Compound Sultfamethoxazole was the weakest. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of single antibiotic on mass of gram negativ bacilli is not good, the appearance of the resistant plant is easy, the combined drug use is advised now.
