摘要
目的利用铜离子与枸椽酸钾的络合测定枸橼酸钾溶液的含量。方法采用紫外分光光度法,含量测定波长为294 nm。结果枸橼酸钾络合物溶液的质量浓度在1.4898~3.9728 mg/mL范围内与吸收度线性关系良好(r=0.9994),平均回收率为99.95%,RSD为0.48% (n=3)。结论所用方法简便、可靠。
Objective To determine the content of potassium citrate solution with the stable complex of potassium citrate and Cu^2+. Methods To measure the content by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, the detection wavelength was 294 nm. Results The linear range was 1. 489 8- 3. 972 8 mg/mL( r =0. 999 4). The average recovery rate was 99.95%, RSD was 0. 48%. Conclusion The assay method is convenient, reliability.
