纤维增强外保温复合墙体的研究与实践

摘要 近十年来,北京地区采用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料和水泥聚苯板纤维增强的外墙外保温复合墙体总面积已达30万m2以上。本文介绍了北京市建筑设计研究院和冶金部建筑研究总院合作开发的此两种保温材料的外墙外保温复合墙体的设计、施工技术以及复合墙体的技术性能和技术经济分析。 Textile type heat reflection material is a new funtional building material. The article introduces raw materials, production process and main equipments, analyzes main factors for influence on coat properties, points out reflectivity of metal membrane to be the decisive factor for heat insulatin properties of this products, puts forward measures and process parameters for controlling andincreasing reflectivity of the membrane such as selection of optimum evaporation rate, decreasing textile surface roughness, controlling depth of membrane layer, raising vacuum rate in vacuum room etc. At last, the article analyzes economic benefit and application prospect of the product.
