对软件风险管理的初步探讨

摘要 本文首先指出了传统的软件管理方法的不足,然后分析了Boehm和SRE二种现阶段典型的软件项目风险管理体系,揭示了软件风险管理的重要性。 This paper points out the shortcomings of traditional methods of management of software project firstly, then analyzes two typical risk management systems, namely Boehm and SRE. Finally, the importance of software risk management is embodied.
