摘要
研制了一种微型热电空调,主要适合于密闭狭小的空间和小容量情况下的使用。建立了微型热电空调稳态工况数值模型,对空调器进行了模拟计算。对热电空调的结构进行了设计,确定了空调器内、外壁的加工材料和厚度、制冷器的制作方法、隔热层的厚度以及空调器热端的冷却方法,为微型热电空调的产品化奠定了基础。
In this paper a miniature thermoelectric air conditioner is developed, and mainly used suitably in the small space and small capacity. A steady- state numerical model of the miniature thermoelectric air conditioner is established and simulative numeration is applied to the air conditioner. Designs the structure of the thermoelectric air conditioner, determines the material and thickness of the air conditioner' s inner and exterior easing, the method of the air conditioner' s production, the thickness of thermal insulation layer and the cooling method of the air conditioner' s hot end, which lay a foundation of production for the miniature thermoelectric air conditioner.
