摘要
“三农”问题的传播学根源是社会生产力、历史与国情三方作用形成的传播障碍与隔阂,其外在表现是城乡之间信息鸿沟过大、农民阶层处于失语状态,农民获取信息成本过高三个相互关联层面。因此,解决“三农”问题的传播学路径是渐进式改革,即逐步打破城乡二元结构,激活农村传播容器;积极推进自然村落的分界与重组,合理规划农村传播路径,从空间角度降低社会信息交易成本;加强农村媒介系统、农村教育文化建设,实现农村传播主体的创造性转化。这三个方面应齐头并进、统筹安排、协调推进,不可偏重任何一方。
From the communications perspective, the root of the three rural issues of agriculture, countryside and farmers lies in the communication obstacles resulted from the co-working of the social productivity, the Chinese $ history and the current situation of the country. It takes on the form of huge information gap between cities and the countryside, the silence of the farmer class and the high cost for farmers to obtain information. Therefore, solutions to resolve the "three rural issues" include breaking the duality between the city and the countryside, activating communications in the countryside, restructuring the villages, planning the communication means in the countryside, lowering the cost of information transaction, enhancing the medium system and education in the countryside and shifting the role of communication carriers. These areas should be developed in a coordinated manner, ensuring no left out of one aspect.
