介绍了该厂采取磨前预破碎及物料筛分等技术措施，使Φ2．2×6．5m开流后产量由12～13t／h·生料提高至20t／h·生料，粉磨电耗由26～28kwh／t·生料下降至17kwh／t·生料，取得了明显的增产降耗效果。

The technical measures like the precrushing and sieving were taken in the raw mill Φ2.2×6.5m to enhance the production from 12～13 t/h to 20t/h and decrease the power consumption from 26～28 to 17 kwh/t raw meal. The results were remarkable.
