采用新型生料质量控制系统取代生料均化库的可能性分析

On possibility of substitution of raw meal homogenizing silo with the new raw meal quality control system

本文论述了目前国内普遍采用的生料质量控制系统存在的主要问题，介绍了一些国内尚未采用的新的生料质量控制系统的技术方案。同时就新控制技术方案中的前置式在线生料质量控制系统特点的分析，提出了新型干法生产线使用该系统，将使缩小或取消生料均化库成为可能。

In this article, the main problems in the widely used raw meal quality control system are presented. Some technical proposals for the new raw meal quality control systems which are not yet used in China are given. The features of the new prepositioned on-line raw meal quality control system in these proposals are analyzed. The author maintains that such system in the dry process production line will make the micrification or deletion of the homogenizing silo possible.
