龙胆草与仙鹤草配伍对伯氏疟原虫的抗疟实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨植物生药龙胆草和仙鹤草伍用对伯氏疟原虫的抑制作用。方法86只昆明种小鼠,每只小鼠腹腔接种2×107个伯氏疟原虫,随机分为6组。24h后,Ⅰ、Ⅵ组以生理盐水1ml/1次/d灌胃作为对照,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别以浓度为1g/ml的龙胆草、仙鹤草、龙胆草+仙鹤草提取液灌胃治疗,1ml/(d×7d),观察小鼠存活率和存活时间,感染后第3d自小鼠断尾采血,计算小鼠红细胞疟原虫感染率和药物对疟原虫的抑制率;Ⅴ组分3小组,用龙胆草+仙鹤草提取液按每小组不同浓度进行灌胃治疗,1ml/(d×3d),疗程结束后24h按上法计算不同浓度药物对鼠红细胞疟原虫的感染抑制率。结果龙胆草+仙鹤草组疟鼠累积生存率与感染对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);龙胆草与仙鹤草伍用,在0.5-1.5g/ml生药浓度范围内对疟原虫抑制率随药物浓度的增加而增强。结论龙胆草与仙鹤草伍用具有抑制伯氏疟原虫的生长,对小鼠的存活状况有改善作用。 Objective To study the anti - malaria effect of Gentiana Scabra (GSB) Bunge and its Combination with Agrimoniapilosa ledeb (AL) in mice infected with Plasmodium Berghei. Methods KM mice were infected with 2 × 10^7 P. Berghei each mouse and then divided into 6 groups. Group Ⅱ and m were orally treated with Gentiana Scabra Bunge and Agrimoniapilosa ledeb respectively, group Ⅳ was orally treated with both of the two herbs, as control, group Ⅰ was orally given distilled water. The period of treatment was 7 days. Thin blood smear were made and stained with Giemsa stain each day starting from day 3 post - infection for 3 days; group V was divided into 3 little groups, which were orally treated with different concentration of extraction from Gentiana Scabra Bunge and its Combination with Agrimoniapilosa ledeb, as control, group Ⅵ was orally given distilled water. The period of treatment was 3 days, after 24 hours of the treatment, thin blood smear were made and stained with Giemsa stain. The rates and days of total survival in mice together with the anti - malaria effect by using different concentration of herbs were investigated. Results Compared with control group Ⅰ , The rates of total survival of group Gentiana Scabra Bunge and its Combination with Agrimoniapilosa ledeb was boosted up significantly (P 〈 0.05) ; The anti - malaria effect was boosted up along with the concentration of Gentiana Scabra Bunge and its combination with Agrimoniapilosa ledeb from 0.5g/ml to 1 .5g/ml. Conclusion Extraction of Gentiana Scabra Bunge and its combination with Agrimoniapilosa ledeb had the function of anti - malaria and enhanced the survival of mice infected with P. Berghei (2 × 10^7 each mouse).
