摘要
目的了解假结核菌F2株对小白鼠的侵袭性和机体内的带菌情况。方法用F2株在肉汤管内培养48h后,加入适量碳酸氢钠盛于喂饮瓶对1-8组共32只只小白鼠自然饮食3-8d,第9组只以饲料伴食,作为空白对照。在不同时间采血检测抗假结核菌抗体,同时剖取脏器分别压印培养和4℃增菌后划皿分离培养。结果小白鼠脾肿大明显,肝、脾压印直接和增菌10d、20d、30d转YSA培养基划线均阴性,而胃、回盲脏器经增菌10d、20d、30d转YSA培养基划线分离出8株目标菌。结论假结核耶氏菌F2株对小白鼠具有侵袭性和不致死性。
Objective To understand the infectivity of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis F2 strain on mice and their bacterium - carry- ing condition. Methods Thirtysix mice were divided into 9 groups each consisted of 4 mice . Group 1 - 8 was taken as experimental groups and group 9 was as control. Yersinia pseudotuberculosis F2 strain was cultured in broth test tube for 48 hours and then put in feeding bottles containing sodium bicarbonate solution. The mice in experimental groups were fed for 3 - 8 days and blood sam- ples were taken from the mice at different time for detection the antibodies against Yersinia pseudotuberculosis, the dissected mice organs were under separate impression culture and then cultured at 4 ℃ after propagating bacteria for a period of 10-30 days. Resuits The spleen of the mice in the experimental groups was obviously enlarged and eight target bacteria strains were isolated. Conclusion Yersinia pseudotuberculosis F9 strain was infective to mice but the infection was not lethal.
