宁波市1990-2004年艾滋病流行特征分析

Analysis of prevalent features of AIDS in Ningbo City in 1990 - 2004.

目的对15年来宁波市艾滋病流行特征进行分析,为今后确定相关防治对策提供科学依据。方法利用各县(市)区疾控中心疫情报告和流行病学调查资料,对每例HIV抗体阳性者进行三间分布分析。结果15年来宁波市累计发现艾滋病病毒感染者91例,其中HIV69例,AIDS22例,死亡11例。近3年来艾滋病发病每年分别以50%、125%、22%速度递增;感染人群以20-39岁组为主,57例,占总发现数的62.2%,流动人口61例,占67.0%,本市居民22例,占24.2%;性接触传播34例,占37.4%,吸毒传播25例,占27.5%,血液传播22例,占24.2%。结论流动人口和高危人群是引起宁波市艾滋病流行的主要危险因素。

Objective To analyse the characteristics of AIDS epidemic in Ningbe in the past 15 years and to provide scientific evidence for making prevention and control measures. Methods Time, population and regional distribution of each HIV carriers was conducted, based on the epidemic report supplied by the 11 county centers for disease control and prevention as well as recent findings in epidemiology. Results In the past 15 years, a total of 91 HIV positives have been found in Ningbo, Among which, 69 were HIV positive, 22 were diagnosed with AIDS, and 11 died. In the last 3 years, there has been a rapid increase in the incidence of AIDS. The growth rate of the disease in the last 3 years were 50 %, 125 %, and 22 % respectively. Among the total eases, 57 belonged to the age group of 20 - 39,accounting for 62.2% ; 61 eases belonged to immigrant population,accounting for 67.0% ;22 were city residents, accounted for 24.2%. As for the routes of transmission, 34 were infected through sexual intercourse, accounting for 37. 4 % ;25 were infected through drug use, accounted for 27.5 % ;22 were infected through blood transfusion, accounted for 24.2 %. Conclusion Mobile population and high risk population are the main risk factor resulting in the provalenee of AIDS in Ningbo city.
