根据房地产业的地位与作用,对房产市场的供求关系、内在潜力与发展趋势作预测。首次提出了房产市场的目标模式、框架结构、运行机制及政府调控机制的对策。
This article forecasts the relation between supply and demond of real estate market and its interior potentials and developing tendency in accordance with real estste field location and action. The tarket model, frame structure, operation system and goveronment control system is firstly raised.
