护士对岗前培训知识需求调查 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解新毕业护士对上岗前的知识需求。方法对2004年分配到5所二级医院的96名新毕业护士进行岗前培训知识需求内容、培训时间、培训方式问卷调查。结果岗前培训需要时间5d和7d者占47.92%和39.58%。9项需求内容中,有7项需求率达50%以上,属岗前培训主要需求内容。培训形式则是不同的内容有不同的培训形式需求。结论护士的岗前培训时间以5-7d为宜,培训形式应多种多样,培训内容除了传统的医院概况介绍、职业道德教育、学习各项规章制度、护患沟通技巧、急救技能训练,还应进行法制观念教育和学习职业防护知识。 Objective To understand the knowledge needs of newly graduated nurse to be trained after obtained a job. Methods The 96 newly graduated nurses assigned to 5 second levle hospitals in 2004 were surveyed with questionaire for preworking training including the content, duration and ways. Results It showed that 47.92 % and 39.58 % of the nurses needed a duration of five and seven days and over 50% of them needed 7 of the nine proposed requirements. In addition different training ways were required. Conclusion The duration of from five to seven days was adequate and diversified training forms and ways were sought of. With regard to the content should not only include the conventional introduction to the hopsitals, education of occupational ethics, regulations and disciplines, techniques for communication between doctors and patients, first aid training but also the education for law abidence, occupational protection technique and knowledge.
