北京新保利大厦是一个平、立面都不规则的超限高层结构,为钢框架-钢筋混凝土混合结构体系,高度为100m,其悬挂结构“特式吊楼”、多层转换框架、巨型单层索网玻璃幕墙、大跨度连体结构等都是非常特殊的结构形式。重点介绍了新保利大厦结构抗震设计采用的计算方法和结构措施。对结构平面布置,结构的状态设计、中震和大震计算、吊楼的设计和结构模型试验等作了详细论述,可为类似结构设计提供参考。
Beijing New Poly plaza is an ultra-limit tall building with irregular plane and facade. It is a hybrid structural system of steel frame-reinforced concrete with 100 meters height. The building has some very special structure styles, such as the suspended structure "lantern", the giant single cable-net glass wall, and the siamese structure with great span. The method of computing and the structure measures used in the design are introduced, and it can be referred to the similar structural design.
