摘要
北京新保利大厦是超限高层建筑,采用了钢框架-混凝土多筒剪力墙结构。在结构顶部采用60m跨的巨型桁架作为屋顶花园及单层60m×90m双向预应力索的支撑,并连接结构体系中两个筒体使结构成为连体。对该桁架结构的选型、荷载分析、力学分析、节点分析及工程实现等方面进行了分析。在施工和加载过程中,对桁架进行了应力监测,结果与理论计算值吻合。
Steel frame-multi-tubereinforced concrete shear wall structure is used in a ultralimit tall building. At the top of this building,a 60-meter giant truss bears the whole load of roof garden and 60m ×90m two-way prestressing cable, and it also connects two of the tube structure and makes them be a whole body. The truss structure scheme choice, load analysis and mechanical analysis, joint analysis and implementation are introduced. In the construction, stress measure is adopted and the results coincide with the theretical ones.
