基于劳动生产率提升下的内外均衡

Internal-External Balance Based on the Improvement of Labor Productivity

由于中国贸易顺差的逐年扩大,人民币汇率问题越来越受到国际的关注。然而目前国内外普遍将解决外部失衡的目光集中在汇率这一单一的手段之上,忽视了一些政策手段的搭配。本文从维持内外均衡的角度出发,论证了工资的调整作为一个政策手段既有利于促进内外均衡的同时达到,也有利于缩小人民币汇率的调整幅度。同时,选择适当的工资调整幅度,可以保证中国在不丧失其核心竞争力的同时,促进产业结构的升级和劳动生产率的进一步提升。

The RMB exchange rate has been more and more concemed by the whole world, due to the increasing trade surplus. However, most of the concerns have been simply focused on the exchange rate and other administrative methods are neglected. Based on the intemal-extemal balance, this paper tries to demonstrate that the wage level can be employed as an administrative policy to set up the economic equilibrium and reduce the fluctuation breath of the exchange rate. Meanwhile, choosing the proper wage level can promote the evolution of the industrial structure and guarantee the core competence of China.
