乳腺癌钼靶X线、SCT诊断与病理对照研究

The Comparative Study of Mammography,SCT Scan and Pathology in the Breast Cancer

目的探讨钼靶X线、螺旋CT(SCT)在乳腺癌诊断中的应用及其价值。方法对45例经手术病理证实的乳腺癌患者的钼靶X线、SCT资料进行回顾性分析,与病理资料对照,比较钼靶X线、SCT对病灶和周围情况的显示。结果钼靶X线、SCT对病灶检出率为90.1%、95.3%,SCT在显示病灶与周围关系、腋窝淋巴结转移、小或致密乳腺的病变上优于钼靶X线,腋窝淋巴结转移显示正确率分别为93.3%、71.1%;对微小钙化的显示,钼靶比CT敏感。结论钼靶X线、SCT具有互补性,两者结合可提高乳腺癌诊断率。

Objective To investigate the value of mammography and SCT for breast carcinoma. Methods 45 patients with breast carcinoma were all confirmed by surgery and histopathological examinations. The image features of mammography and SCT were studied compared with pathological results. Results The detection rate of mammography and SCT are 90.1% and 95.3 %. SCT was superior to mammography in relation between lump and connecting tissue, axillary lymph nodes, small breast and the lump, the correct rate of axillary lymph nodes were 93.3% and 71.1% . In detecting microcalcification, the SCT was worse than mammography in the sensitivity. Conclusion Mammography in combination with SCT can improve the diagmostic rate of breast cancer.
