P&T/GC/MS/SIS Determination of Trace Volatile Chlorinated Hydrocarbons after Adding Chloride Disinfectant in Tap Water

摘要 以吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用选择离子存储法(P&T/GC/MS/SIS)测定自来水中微量挥发性、氯代烃,确定了最佳定性、定量操作条件,同时探讨了改变原水中加氯量对三氯甲烷形成量的影响。当进样量为5.00mL时,四种氯代烃的线性范围为(0—50)μg/L,相关系数达0.9991以上;相对标准偏差RSD<9.8%;相对误差<7.6%,样品加标回收率为88%—128%,检测限在(0.0006-0.26)μg·L^(-1)。操作方法方便,结果令人满意。 Trace volatile chlorinated hyd rocarbons in tap water were determined by the method of P&T-GC/ MS/SIS. And the optimum conditions were studied. The influence of the amount of the formatting chloroform by varying the amount of chlorine in primary water was also discussed. The results showed that when 5.00 mL sample was injected, the linearity ranges of the four compounds were (0 -50)μg,/L; coefficients at above 0. 999 1;RSD 〈 9.8% ;RE 〈 7.6% and recoveries obtained were in the range of 88%-128%. The detection limits were (0. 000 6- 0. 26) μg· L^-1. Satisfactory results were obtained by this method.
