浮选柱结构参数对污泥气浮浓缩效果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用气浮法对某工业污水处理厂的剩余活性污泥进行了浓缩研究。考察了连续条件下在气浮柱内添加内筒后,内筒的高度和直径变化对气浮效果的影响。用相同的原泥和气浮剂做气浮浓缩对比试验发现,添加内筒后能有效改善出水水质,降低出水中的固体浓度,对浓缩污泥的含水率影响不大,添加内筒后污泥含水率比不加内筒时约低0.3%。内筒直径为50mm时,浓缩污泥的含水率比原泥降低约2.6%,出水中固体浓度从原泥的5141mg·L^(-1)可以降低到39.2mg·L^(-1);内筒高度为1/3时,浓缩污泥的含水率比原泥降低约3.5%,出水中的固体浓度从原泥的3638mg·L^(-1)可以降低到32mg·L^(-1)。 Wasted activated sludge from industrial wastewater treatment plant was thickened by air flotation. An inner silo was added in the flotation device, then the effect of the changes of the diameter and the height of the inner silo on the flotation results were studied. With the same raw sludge and the same flotation chemical, comparison of the flotation results indicated that adding the inner silo can greatly improve the quality and reduced the solid content of the draining. But having an inner silo in the flotation column had little effect on the percentage of moisture of the concentrated sludge. The percentage of moisture of the concentrated sludge concentrated in the flotation column with a inner silo was 0.3 percent less than without it. When the diameter of the inner silo is 50 ram, the percentage of moisture of the concentrated sludge can be 2.6 percent less than the raw sludge, the solid content can be reduced from 5 141 mg · L^-1 of the raw sludge' s to 39.2 mg · L^-1 of the drainage; when the height of the inner silo is 1/3, the percentage of moisture of the concentrated sludge can be 3.5 percent less than the raw sludge ,the solid content can be reduced from 3 638 mg · L^-1 of the raw to 32 mg· L^-1 of the drainage.
