摘要 本文介绍了中子粉末衍射轮廓精修程序RIETAN在微机上的运行环境和使用方法,并以亚稳态化合物Nd2Fe23B3的精修过程为例,具体说明了输入参数文件和数据文件的编写方法和RIETAN程序运行方法。 Running environment and operating method of profile refinement program (RIETAN) in thermal neutron powder diffraction are introduced in this paper. The details of inputting parameters and data files and executing RIETAN program are described taking metastable Nd 2Fe 23 B 3 compound as an exemple. (
