摘要
分析了斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的关键摩擦副零件滑靴的受力,导出了压紧力和分离力的计算公式;介绍了滑靴设计方法中的剩余压紧力法,包括零件材料、压紧力系数的选择以及滑靴关键几何参数的确定。
The forces acting on a sliding boot, the key element of swash-plate axial piston pump, are analyzed and the formulas computing squeezing and repelling forces are derived; the redundant squeezing force method is presented, .including the selection of parts materials, squeezing force factor and the determination of geometric parameters of a sliding boot.
