摘要
随着我国经济建设的发展,关于民族地区法制建设的问题也成为备受瞩目的一个课题。本文试图通过对民族法制建设几个基本问题的阐述,来揭示我国民族法制建设的现状。
With the development of our economy, the construction of legal system in nationality area is notable. This article tries to reveal the general situation of legal system construction of minority through expounding the several basic problems about it.
