摘要 采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定锌精矿中铅、铬、镉、砷、铜、钴、锑、锡和锰等有害金属元素。对微波消解条件、称样量、测定介质进行了研究,选择了各元素的分析谱线,对基体及共存元素间干扰进行了详细讨论。在仪器最佳工作条件下,测定各元素的检出限为0·0004~0·018mg/L,相对标准偏差(n=11)为0·41%~5·43%。该方法用于标准物质的测定,结果与认定值吻合较好。 A method for determinate of harmful metal elements such as Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu,Mn,As,Sb,Co and Sn in zinc concentrate was studied by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. The samples were digested using microwave system under high pressure and low temperature. The effects of matrix and coexisted elements were studied. The analytical lines of the elements were selected. Under optimum working conditions of microwave digestion and the instrument, the detection limits are 0. 000 4-0. 018 mg/mL for nine elements. RSDs (n = 11)were in the range of 0.41%-5.43%. The determination results of the standard material are agreement with the certified values.
