摘要
通过巯基棉分离富集,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法成功地测定了环境水样中的痕量钴。对基体改进剂的选择与用量、石墨炉升温程序及干扰因素进行了探究,结果表明:在以8μL100mg/LNi2+溶液作为基体改进剂,灰化温度为650℃,原子化温度为2300℃,氘灯校正背景的条件下测定水样中的钴,可以获得满意结果,大量共存元素不干扰测定。本方法线性范围0·2~20μg/L,检出限为0·12μg/L,回收率为92·7%~106·3%。该法具有简便、快速、灵敏、稳定、准确等优点,可用于环境水样中痕量钴的测定。
The determination of trace cobalt in water after separation and enrichment with sulfhydryl cotton by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is described. Selection of matrix modifier, temperature rise process of the graphite furnace and interference were studied thoroughly. The results showed that when cobalt in water was determined in the conditions of using 100 mg/L(8μL)Ni^2+ as a matrix modifier,ashing temperature of 650℃, atomization temperature of 2 300 ℃, and rectifying background by deuterium lamp, a satisfactory result was achived and larger quantities of coexistent elements did not interfere in the determination. The linear range was 0. 2-20 μg/L, the detection limit was 0.12 μg/L. and the recoveries were 92.7 %-106.3% for Co(Ⅱ). The method is suitable for the determination of trace cobalt in water with the advantages of being simple, rapid, sensitive, stable and accurate.
