电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定碳钢及生铁中痕量砷锑铋锡铅 被引量:36

摘要 研究了直接扫描模式-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定碳钢及生铁中痕量砷锑铋锡铅。用硝酸、盐酸混合酸溶解试样,采用波长直接扫描模式,选择了各元素的合适分析谱线;讨论了基体元素铁及共存元素的干扰及消除。在选定的最佳工作条件下,测得砷锑铋锡铅的检出限分别为0.00005%,0.00009%,0.0002%,0.00006%,0.0001%。方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6%,测定结果与认定值吻合。该方法简便、快速、准确度高,可用于碳钢及生铁中痕量砷锑铋锡铅的测定。 An inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry for the determination of trace As,Sb,Bi,Sn and Pb in steel and pig iron by using direct scan mode was described. The sample was dissolved with the mixture of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. The direct scan mode of wavelengh was adopted and the appropriate analytical lines of elements were chosed. The interference from matrix iron and coexistent elements, and its elimination also have been investigated. It demonstrated that under the optimal condition,the detection limits were 0. 000 05% for As,0. 000 09% for Sb,0. 000 2% for Bi,0. 000 06% for Sn,0. 000 1% for Pb. The relative standard deviation( RSD) of the method was less than 6 % and the determination results were agreement with the certified values. This method was simple,rapid and high sensitive. It could be employed in the determination of trace As, Sb,Bi,Sn and Pb in carbon steel and pig iron.
