摘要 运输性工程是以装备为研究对象,利用系统的理论和方法研究解决装备运输性问题。运输性工程起源于20世纪60年代美军,并在采办过程中得到了广泛的应用。主要从管理方面阐述了美军开展运输性工程的主要做法,分析了运输性工程的主要活动,并介绍了相关法规标准、政策、管理机构及相应职责等。 Transportability theories and method of system engineering takes equipment as a research object, and makes use of the to resolve the transportability problem of equipment. Transportability engineering originates from the U.S. army in 1960s, and widely applies to acquisition. From the aspect of management, the paper elaborates the way in carry on transportability engineering of U. S. army, and analyzes the main activities of transportability engineering. And it introduces the related rules and standards, policies, management organization and correspond responsibility, etc.
