摘要
方案评价是一个推理、决策的行为。结合地空导弹装备的战术需求和技术需求,分析了地空导弹装备发展型号论证方案评价指标体系,并对指标体系进行了量化。应用多属性决策分析中的一种改进排列法,建立了数学模型,并验证了其可行性。在运用排列法进行方案评价之前,引用基于平均水平上的效用函数,对方案评价指标进行了数据处理。
The scheme assessment is a process of illation and decision-making. The factors system of demonstrable scheme assessment about a new surface to air missile weapon type is analyzed and valued by combining the tactical and technical requirement. A corresponding mathematical model by applying an improved permutation method of multi-attribute decision analysis is established, and the practical calculation shows the method is feasible. The available function based on average level is quoted to dispose the factors system before the scheme assessment is done by the permutation method.
