摘要
主要组织相容性复合体(major histocompatibility complex,MHC)是由紧密连锁、高度多态的基因位点所组成的染色体上的一个区域,在机体的免疫应答调控和免疫识别过程中发挥着重要作用。就目前的研究情况,在基因结构、遗传特征及其与抗病性方面对MHC作了介绍。
MHC（major histocompatibility complex） is a chromosomal region consisting of a group of closely linked loci which are highly polymorphic, which plays a central role in the immune response and immunological recognition. Some recent date about gene structure heredita-ry feature and disease resistance of MHC are disussed.
