This paper makes respective commentaries on the new ideas in the books：《Mathematic Principles of Technology Development》and《Economics Principles of Technology Research》 ,which include four principles： the causality of technology development, the longitudinal development of technology, the evolution of technology structure and the variation of technology efficiency. In the end, it makes an evaluation on the fundamental characteristics and total value of the works from their originality, systematicness, quantification and practicability.
