摘要
为实现电沉积铬废液中铬的回收与利用,研究了铬的回收与处理工艺条件,结果表明,在30℃条件下,于25.00 mL含铬废液中加入1.60 mLH2SO4、0.80 mL水合肼,8 min即可使99.24%的Cr(Ⅵ)还原为Cr(Ⅲ),用浓氨水使Cr(Ⅲ)完全沉淀,将沉淀过滤洗涤后再与H2SO4充分反应,直到沉淀完全溶解,然后经蒸发、烘干,得到Cr2(SO4)3的晶体,铬回收率达95.4%,结果满意.
Technological procedure of chromium recycling from chromium liquid waste of electrodeposition is investigated. The experiment shows, at a temperature of 30℃, if 1.60 mL of H2SO4 and 0. 80 mL of hydration hydrazine are mixed into 25.00 mL of chromium waste liquid, 99.24% of Cr( Ⅵ ) can be reduced into Cr( Ⅲ ) within 8 minutes. When Cr ( Ⅲ ) precipitated in dense ammonia water, then it is filtered and water-washed, in H2SO4 for complete reaction until dissolved totally. Finally by evaporating and drying, the crystal of the sulphuric acid chromium is ob rained with 95.4% of recycling. The recycling recycling of the chromium in the chromium liquid waste is realized.
