摘要
构建了一个逆向物流累积批量处理的库存控制模型,即在假设销售商允许消费者退货、退货与需求无关、都服从Poisson分布、且退回物品经简单批量处理后可出售的条件下,研究了销售商对退回产品累积批量处理方式下的最优库存控制模型.研究结果表明,随着退货强度λ的加强,该模型订货周期会延长,订货成本则有所降低.
Driven by growing environmental concerns, legislative actions, economic profits and the issue of China's sustainable development strategies in the early years of the 21st century, manufacturers are concerned more and more about the inventory control of reverse logistics, an increasing important field of research. Accumulating lot-sizing disposal model is developed for optimal inventory control of reverse logistics, with assumption product return is permitted, returns and demands are independent, Poisson distribution is obeyed and the recovered products can be sold. A simple method is presented for determining the optimal order quantity and accumulating lot-size for returns. Applied examples are also shown that order time interval is increasing'in return intensity λ while the expected average costs decreasing. Issues for future research on reverse logistics system are proposed.
