摘要
采用多仓库协同储备和多供应商协同供给的思想对仓库储备和物资采购进行优化,构造出三个数学模型,合理分配各仓库的储备定额,精确设计物资的采购方案,使之在能够满足防汛抗旱需要的前提下防汛物资总成本最小,有助于防汛部门决策.
It has always been concerned how to reserve and purchase the flood-control materials when known the total demand of them in order to reduce their costs. This paper discusses the issue of store and purchase of floodcontrol materials by the way of supplying and storing cooperatively by many suppliers and warehouses, and has been created three mathematical models to distribute the reserve quota of every warehouse rationally, it can help the flood- control decision making.
