Exploration and Practice of Improving the Continuous Smelting Ability of ISA Furnace for Lead Smelting

回顾了铅艾萨炉在我厂的发展过程和生产现状,分析了提高铅艾萨炉连续熔炼水平的必要性,并就影响铅艾萨炉连续熔炼水平的原因、改进措施和实施效果做了总结和分析,还探讨了铅艾萨炉在提高连续熔炼水平方面还存在的问题及其攻关方向。

The developing course and present state of ISA furnace for lead smelting are reviewed; the necessity of improving the continuous smelting ability of ISA fumace for lead smelting is discussed; the factors influencing the continuous smelting ability of ISA fumace, and the improving measures and their applying effect are summarized and analyzed in this paper. The existing problems of improving the continuous smelting ability of ISA furnace and the direction of solving these problems are also explored.
