摘要
从分析炼钢转炉除尘水系统的工艺特征及水质特点,结合红钢在转炉除尘水系统水处理的成功应用案例,论述了目前转炉除尘水化学水处理的原理、方法、过程控制(水质控制)标准、整个烟道各个运行参数控制合理值,循环回用带来效益及投资回报,具有重要应用意义和推广价值。
Based on analysis of the eharaeteristie of water from the dust scrubbing system of the converter and the successful practice for treatment of that water in Honghe Iron ＆ Steel Co. Ltd., the principle, method and process control （water quality control） criterion for ehemieal treatment of sueh water are diseussed. Water reeyeling brings benefits and investment return, and it has important application signifieanee and spreading value.
