摘要 对某型飞机的主起落架刹车轮毂的早期断裂失效进行了研究。结果表明,裂纹是穿晶型应力腐蚀断裂,圆弧过渡区加工粗糙引起应力集中及表面防护层不完整是轮毂应力腐蚀开裂的原因,裂纹扩展与堵气孔贯通,导致轮胎漏气失效。本文还提出了针对性的预防措施,避免了类似故障的发生。 The leak failure of a brake nave on landing gear has been investigated. A crack initiating at the arc transitional region and propagating as deep as to the gas-blocked hole is responsible for the leaking. Rough machining surface and incompleteness of protective coating are found near the crack. Examinations reveal that brittleness and toughness fracture features existed alternately in the fracture surface. Analysis results show that the crack is transgranular stress corrosion cracking which is caused by the stress concentration and poor surface conditions. Similar failure has been avoided by adopting preventive actions provided in this paper
