摘要
提出了基于知识与实例的模糊工艺推理方法,建立了实例的工艺信息描述模型、实例索引和获取模型、实例的模糊相似匹配模型、最相似实例的相似推理模型和实例的维护模型。通过基于零件特征与实例特征的模糊相似匹配和相似推理,得到与零件最相似的实例,经修改最相似实例的工艺,生成零件的加工工艺。
The case and-knowledge-based fuzzy reasoning method of process planning is brought forward. The representation module of case, the similarity case retrieval, the case adoption, the most similarity case reasoning, the case modifying and case memory module are built to describe fuzzy information of the feature. Through fuzzy similarity matching between part feature and case feature, it can retrieval the most similar case from the case library and create the new part process.
