介绍圆盘浇铸机的使用情况,分析存在的问题,通过对圆盘浇铸机浇注方式、润滑方式及取板方式进行改进,提高了设备稳定性和产品的表面质量。
The paper recommends the application of the disc cast machine and analyzes the problems existed. By changing the operating way for casting, lubrication and board fetching on the disc casting machine, the stability of the equipment has been improved and the surface quality of the products greatly improved.
