摘要
目的探讨中小学健康教育的实际需求,为教育部门修订相关政策,完善我国学校健康教育对策提供科学依据。方法在全国26个省(市),采用阶段整群抽样共调查中小学校153所,接受调查学生8008名,家长8008名,教师771名。结果学生、家长、教师对学校提供健康教育的内容要求顺位有所不同,并对学校健康教育的开展方式存在一定的选择倾向。结论学校健康教育内容框架的形成必须与学生的整体健康需求以及社会发展中存在的学生健康问题密切相关。应进一步探讨学校健康教育适宜的课程载体,以便为学生提供系统、可操作、实用的健康知识、技能和实践。
Objective To discuss the demand of school-based education, and to develop the appropriated policy and strategies. Mesults By using a stratified cluster sampling, 153 primary and secondary schools, 8 008 students and their parents and 771 teachers were investigated. Results There were different content demands of the health education between the students and their parents and teachers. Meanwhile, they had a certain choosing inclination for teaching methods. Conclusion The framework of the school-based education should be in line with students' health demand and social development. The suitable cartier of health education course should also be further studied so that it can provide students with systematic, performable and practical knowledge and skills of health.
