北京市智力落后学生青春期发育及家庭性教育情况 被引量:12

摘要 目的了解智力落后学生性发育及家长对其进行性教育的状况,为做好智力落后学生青春期性教育提供依据。方法对北京市区6所培智学校567名学生进行性发育检查,同时对家长进行有关青春期性教育问卷调查。结果智力落后学生的青春期发育较正常学生晚2—4岁,个体差异较大,21.3%的学生有手淫现象。家长对子女的青春期教育比较简单,仅限于性问题的基本护理等。94.6%的家长支持学校开展青春期性教育。结论智力落后学生的青春期发育较特殊,应进行适时、适度、适当的个体化性教育,家长应提高对子女进行性教育的深度和广度。 Objective To identify the puberty growth of mentality retarded students and the sex education implemented by their parentsl and to provide evidence for puberty education. Methods Puberty growth examination was conducted among 567 mentality retarded students from 6 special education schools in Beijing. 301 parents filled in the questionnaires on family sex education. Results The puberty growth of mentality retarded students was 2 - 4 years later than the control with normal IQ, which varied a lot among different individuals, 21.3 % of whom had masturbation problems. The guidance of sex education by their parents was basic, which just limited to the fundamental nursing of the sex physiological performance, 94.6% of them support the school puberty education. Conclusion The puberty growth characteristics of mentality retarded students are special, so it is necessary to implement individuation sex education, and to improve the depth and width of family education.
