健康促进学校预防农村小学生伤害的效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨健康促进学校模式在农村小学生中开展多种形式的预防伤害干预活动的效果,为农村小学生伤害预防提供依据。方法运用整体健康促进模式开展创建工作,并重点进行伤害干预,于干预前后分别对335和527名学生预防伤害的知信行进行问卷调查。结果干预后学生预防伤害知识及信念评价得分均有提高,但差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);干预前学生安全行为评价得分为43.6分,干预后提高到46.6分(P<0.01)。结论开展健康促进学校有效提高农村小学生预防伤害的健康促进与综合干预效果,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of developing health promotion school(HPS) project on prevention of rural pupils' injury, and to provide evidence for the prevention. Methods Questionnaire survey was carried out before and after the intervention, which emphasized on injury prevention. Results After the intervention, students' knowledge and attitude toward injury prevention scored higher, but without statistical significance( P 〉 0.05) .The average scores on safe behavior were 43.6 and 46.6 before and after the intervention with significant improving( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion It is necessary to develop HPS on prevention of injury in rural primary school students with varied intervention activities, which is worthy of popularizing.
