胃肠道菌群新概念和益生菌治疗进展：肠菌丛在炎症性肠病中的作用与益生菌治疗

摘要
细菌是慢性肠炎发生的始动因子，是炎症性肠病（IBD）的特征。现代观点支持IBD是被寄居在肠道的细菌引起异常的免疫反应所触发。益生菌是活菌，对宿主健康有益，益生素是肠道细菌的一种选择性营养物质，它能促进细菌的生长和代谢，并有增进宿主健康的作用。益生菌主要用于治疗过敏、自身免疫和炎症性疾病，它可改善症状并防止其复发。
