抗利尿激素分泌不适当综合征与肿瘤相关性10例分析
摘要
抗利尿激素分泌不适当综合征（SIADH）是由于抗利尿激素（ADH）过量分泌，导致体内水分潴留、稀释性低钠血症、尿钠与尿渗透浓度升高的临床综合征。现将我院1996年6月-2005年12月收治的临床资料详尽的10例以SIADH为首发症状的肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析，以期对SIADH与肿瘤的关系进行研究，从而促使对恶性肿瘤患者的早期诊断、早期治疗。
