我国是世界钢铁大国之一,目前钢结构体系已进入高层民用建筑。本文通过试点工程,论述了钢结构住宅的优点,探索了钢结构住宅结构体系及产业化应注意的问题。

China is one of large iron and steel production nations in the world. Today the steel structure system has been introduced in civil high-rise buildings, This article describes the merit of steel structure, discusses the steel structure building system and puts forward the problems that need be paid attention in industrialization course through analyzing the pilot projects.
