开放教育依托普通高校办学的探索

近年来,个别地方出现了市级电大与普通高校合并办学的情况。目前电大的主要办学形式是开放教育,因而与普通高校合并办学的市级电大开放教育如何依托普通高校进行有效的实施,是现代远程教育的新课题。本文将全国最早与普通高校合并的晋中市电大几年来的一些实践探索经验提出来和有关方面交流探讨。

In recent years ,there is a circumstance that Broadcast and TV Universities in some areas are engaged in education in merged of colleges. Now most Broadcast and TV Universities go in for open education, so we must face a new problem of close combination between open education and college. Jinzhong Broadcast and TV University is one of the oldest Broadcast and TV University which is merged in college in China. The article is on the practice exploration of this field.
