三种夏枯草对结核分枝杆菌的药物敏感性研究

Search after the Effect of Drug Sensitivity of the Three Chinese Medical Material Prunella for M.Tuberculosis

目的:探讨夏枯草对结核分枝杆菌的药物敏感性。方法:对结核分枝杆菌H37Rv菌株,用三种夏枯草水煎剂作药物敏感试验。结果:“硬毛夏枯草水煎剂”对H37Rv菌株敏感性最好,而“山菠菜夏枯草水煎剂”与“夏枯草水煎剂”相对依次较差。结论:中药夏枯草对结核分枝杆菌具有较好的抑菌作用。

Objective：Approach the effect of drug sensitivity of the three Chinese medical material prunella for M. tuberculosis. Methods ： Takes aqueous solution＂ P. hispid＂, ＂P. asiatica＂ and ＂P. vulgaris＂ as the reagent to H37RV strain for drug sensitivity. Results： Aqueous solution＂P, hispid＂is the best one for drug sensitivity to H37RV strain, while aqueous solution ＂P. asiatiea＂ is better than that of ＂P. vulgaris＂. Conclusion： Chinese medical materiaal prunella have better antibacterial activity for M. tuberculosis.
