向心性构型改变的高血压患者动态血压参数及左室功能比较

摘要 目的:比较原发性高血压左室向心性构型改变患者动态血压监测参数及左室功能情况。方法:利用超声心动图观察108例原发性高血压患者,根据相对室壁厚度(RWT)将高血压患者分为两组,计算左室功能参数,进行动态血压监测(ABPM)。应用t检验比较两组间各参数的差异。结果:向心性构型改变组各动态血压监测参数均增加,左室收缩功能(mFs与ob/premFs代表)及舒张功能(E/A比值代表)均降低(P<0.05)。结论:原发性高血压患者RWT受动态血压的影响,RWT为高血压患者提供了心功能的危险分层指标。 Objective:To compare the parameters of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) and left ventricular functions of left ventricular concentric geometry in essential hypertensive patients. Methods : Echocardiography was performed to observe 108 cases of essential hypertensive patients and to measure the left ventricular function parameters. The hypertensive patients were divided into two groups according to relative wall thickness(RWT). All the blood pressure parameters were measured by ABPM. T test was performed to analyze the differences between groups. Results: All the ABPM parameters were increased in concentric geometry group. The left ventricular systolic function (represented by mFs and ob/pre mFs) and the left ventricular diastolic function L (represented by E/A) were decreased in this group( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: RWT was influenced by ABPM parameters. RWT provided a dangerous predict factors for the damaged left ventricular functions.
